Deidre Freitas

Through my college experience I have done the following:

Run a social club Twitter page, which meant that I was in charge of the image of the club through social media, updating its members on social service events and reminders about social events. I used relevant jokes and GIFS to pique the interest of members, staff, and faculty at York College.

I have served as a Resident Assistant for three years at York College, and have advertised, hosted, and co-hosted numerous activities for the women and men of the Residence Halls.

I have written and edited many news articles that would later be submitted to the local paper, the York News Times. I also wrote and proofread articles/lists for the college's own Heritage magazine.

Run my own social media pages, that include Twitter, Instagram, and Tumblr.

I have posted numerous blog posts through WordPress, and write on film and television, and how they have impacted myself and others.
