My key responsibility is to provide administrative support to Deputy Director General ensuring that her diary is up to date and the flow of information and document management is done effectively. Ensuring that all documentation in the office is kept safe and in line with the relevant legislation and policies. Scrutinizing submissions and making recommendations. Acknowledging letters from stakeholders. Responding to enquiries received from internal and external stakeholders. Clarifying instructions and notes on behalf of the manager. Prioritizing issues in the office of the manager and ensuring that travel arrangements are well coordinated.
