The story unfolds...
The current situation of job market
in India is not satisfactory where
the unemployment rate currently
hovers at 7-8%, and due to
disruption and automation 60% of
current jobs would not remain in
the future as per global studies.
80% of 15-16 lacs engineers passing
out every years are unemployable
Supply vs demand gap between the
prospective employees and the Corporate
36% of UG and PG students who passed out
from IITs could not be placed in jobs in 2024
Lack of quality jobs in the job market, we
need more job creators than job seekers
Definition of Innopreneurship

and
nurture

the
development of 21st century skills.
The word inno-preneurship emphasizes
the relationship between innovation & its
utilization in the course of entrepreneurial

students (K12)
• Develop 21st-century skills &
technical skills at a young age to
make students employable in the
future
• Create more job creators than
job seekers in the future by
developing an entrepreneurial
mindset among students
