Job Responsibilities –
Practice to maintain harmonious relations between employees and employer by
solving their problems through grievance procedure and collective bargaining.
Manage the relations between actual work force and management of the

Plan and implement compliance assessment independently or as a part of a team

I have initiated and handled some new projects in plant; are as Two Dust Collectors & a Wet Scrubber erection.
Starting of Occupation Health center with all equipment as per Factory Act/Rules
Life line arrangements for roof and at vehicle climbing points
Start & Implemented the Unsafe Act/Condition & Near Miss reporting from each
deptt. through format or suggestion box in also local language & trending the
same & implemented the CAPA to eliminate for same to minimize the Minor &
major Accidents/Incidents.
Online tracking of OHS Leading & Lagging Indicators.
Ranked 1st position and sustained it for regular 2 years in Safety Performance
Score of Plant.
Logistic & Transportation Policy – developed here a policy which implemented in
whole group for “Logistic & Transportation Policy” to comply all the Environment,
Safety & Government Norms.
Revision of PPE Matrix for more effectiveness.
Starting of Safety week/Environment week & Fire Service week celebrated start
with Safety Pledge, Speech, Quiz, Fire/First Aid/SCBA competition, Skit/Drama,
Posters/Slogan competition.
Prepared many of the SOPs for Chemical operations, PTW, Material Handling,
ETP Operation & Safety Violation etc.
Executed Design, Prepared BQS & installation independently of all Fire Fighting
System as per regulatory guidelines for new plant in project stage. E.g. FIRE

Startup EHS Induction Video at the security gate for everyone.
Installed the Head count system for IN or OUT for counting the every person in
the premises, in case of emergency.
Start up Daily Safety Talk between all the departments.
Implementation the Risk assessment OH&S (HIRA) & Environment (EIA) for any
project work as well as new equipment /machinery & for contractors or
operations activities. Finding the Significant Risks & taken the Management
Review Programme to reduce the same.
Co ordinate with Top Management for draft the EHS Policy Objectives

Pressurization, Earthquake etc), Body part injured, Week, Man Days Loss etc.
Maintained Accident/Incident records through EHS software start from prior to
generate FIR, Training records, Environment monitoring parameters/Effluent
parameters, Legal requirements updation etc.
Prepared & conducted the EHS training calendar/Planner start from

viz; Fire Extinguishers, Hydrants, Safety Showers, Ladders, Fire Alarm, Fire
Sprinklers, SCBA etc.
Operation & maintenance of ETP & STP Plant.
Reuse the treated effluent for gardening, toilet flushing, garden sprinklers etc.
Liaison with regulatory bodies for regulatory compliance.
Working & updation the data or documents on On line website of UEPPCB or
other applicable Government websites.
Prepared the application & documentation for CONSENT to Operate/Establish or
Expansion (Air & Water), Application for Authorization for Hazardous waste, Bio
Medical Waste, Fire NOC & Returns viz; Environment Statement (Form V), Water
