  • Build and lead an inbound + outbound sales process to prospect, develop, and close "pilot" deals with small to mid-sized clients
  • Evaluate new sales opportunities via email, telephone, and online/in-person meetings
  • Customise proposals, generate invoices, and follow up as necessary
  • Liaise with team to create impressive sales materials (presentations, webinars, case studies, etc.)
  • Perform outreach activities such as cold emails, cold calls, and introductory sales presentations for prospective clients at their office (and online through Skype/GoToMeeting)
  • Create, update and maintain a sales opportunity and forecast system using CRM
  • Work closely with management to help determine pricing and service strategy for various markets.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to new and prospective clients. Refine and develop how we converse with prospective clients to ensure they are educated on what they can achieve with our services.
  • Define and meet monthly sales goals
  • Work with team to successfully transition sales to operations
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Identifying business targets and scanning/comprehending the market for business potential to secure business for the organization.
  • Formulating strategies for bringing in business and generating reports.
  • Respond and seek clarifications from prospects on the RFPs to enable correct business proposal.
  • Winning and securing business for the organization by making calls/emails to the prospective clients, pitching the business service, sending/seeking requisite information/proposal and follow up with persistence.
  • Winning business through process of qualifying and developing relationships.
