Hello,

My name is Debra Kidder and I am presenting myself to you in consideration for your position.

I have recently completed a career of over 20 years teaching grades K-12 in both public and private settings.  I am a good fit for your job because in that time, as a music educator, I have developed a highly transferable skill set including writing and verbal communication, organization, and time management, which will help me work remotely.

I have written volumes of original lesson plans, created concert programs including originally composed liner notes, and acknowledgements of our administrators.

I have also worked as a team with my colleagues to use Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to communicate with older students and advertise for upcoming performances with eye-catching social media posts.

My Master's degree is in Literature from New York University, and my thesis was accepted after the first draft.

Several years ago I also completed a certificate course to become an Online Educator K-16, a field of upcoming importance in the world of education, with endless opportunities for writing ideas large and small.

Recently I completed a MicroMasters in Educational Leadership from the University of Michigan. These five courses afforded me the opportunity to write talking points, grant proposals, and research artiles.
