Deborah Ledesma

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Major in Management, before taking my post-graduate Masters in English. Over the past 13 years, I have accumulated various experiences in the Business and Customer Service industry. I have been a bookkeeper, operations manager and administrative assistant. My former job at a BPO company for amazon.com further enhanced my skills in marketing. I also work part-time as a proofreader for English lessons materials used by Chinese/Japanese students. My most recent project was recruitment for an online English tutorial school where we screened and trained applicants prior to teaching.
