My work background includes working in a call center environment mainly in customer service. I've had some experience with technical, chat and email support.

Most recently, I worked on the customer service mainly assisting customer through chat and outbound calls. My responsibilities include but not limited to making sure the customers get their food on time, calling restaurants to confirm food preparation and if the food customer wanted is available, and calling the delivery personnel to check the delivery status.

Previously, I worked with a high volume customer support center for a company in US that offers residential fiber optics service. I demonstrated the ability to sell the company's product with customers who call us. Upgrade their service and offer them what they don't have yet. I make sure that new customers service gets installed at the date they wanted and do basic test to ensure that the service is working.

In addition to this experience, I was able to get promoted as an interim supervisor. I've handled a team and ensure that all the clients' targets are met and exceeded.
