Description: The purpose of Site ID workflow project initiative was to replace manual Excel based review process to import Potential sites into Appian for Study Site Identification process. This new workflow system imported the Sites from different source initially from Excel and later from Site Optimizer (CTOS), distribute the list of Local Site ID Specialist, RSU Lead, and Strategic Relationship Manager to vet the list and automate manual tasks like creating Site in CTMS manually and reduce time taken to initiate the Site and industrialize Site Startup documentation workflow process.
