I have completed a Data Analytics Virtual Internship with Deloitte (Forage), where I gained hands-on experience in cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data to support business decision-making. During this internship, I worked with Excel and data dashboards to present actionable insights, improving my attention to detail and analytical abilities.

Alongside my data analytics journey, I am also pursuing Java and Manual Testing from Naresh IT under the guidance of Vamsi Mohan Sir. This training has helped me build a strong understanding of software development life cycles, test case preparation, bug reporting, and automation basics using Java and Selenium. I believe this combination of analytical and testing skills allows me to approach projects with a problem-solving mindset and technical accuracy.

Previously, I worked at Tech Mahindra in a voice process for Amazon, where I handled customer queries in both English and Hindi. This experience taught me the importance of patience, active listening, and maintaining professionalism while ensuring customer satisfaction. It also strengthened my communication and multitasking skills, which I now apply to every project I take on.

I am proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Data Management Tools, and Internet Research. I also have basic knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and can assist in improving online content visibility through keyword management and on-page optimization.
