I am a highly experienced software engineer and AI consultant with 18 years of professional experience, specializing in cutting-edge technologies like Generative AI, data engineering, and full-stack development. My career has spanned nearly two decades, during which I’ve had the opportunity to work with some of the most innovative companies across various industries. My goal has always been to help organizations build intelligent systems, optimize data workflows, and adopt cloud-native technologies that lead to sustainable growth and operational efficiency.

Currently, I am the founder and principal consultant at AITailored4Biz.com, a consultancy I founded to provide businesses with bespoke AI solutions that address their unique challenges. I offer a range of services including:

• Development of Autonomous Gen-AI Agents and ChatBots: I specialize in designing and deploying AI-powered agents capable of dynamic reasoning and interacting naturally with users. These systems are designed to improve engagement and automate routine tasks, freeing up valuable human resources.
• Architecture and Implementation of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) Systems: My expertise in RAG systems allows me to enhance the accuracy and relevance of responses generated by AI systems, especially in complex, data-intensive environments.
• Quantization and Preference Alignment (Fine-tuning) of LLM Models: I help clients refine large language models (LLMs) to align with their specific business needs, improving the quality of outputs for real-world applications.
• Custom AI Tooling and Integrations for Business Operations: Whether it’s integrating AI systems with legacy software or developing new, custom AI-driven applications, I ensure seamless and effective implementations.

Before founding my consultancy, I held the role of Head of Generative AI at BillionApps from 2021 to 2025. In this role, I led the end-to-end development of enterprise-grade, LLM-powered agents that could reason contextually, invoke external tools, and automate complex business processes. These systems significantly improved productivity, reduced human error, and streamlined decision-making processes for businesses.

My career began in 2006 as a software engineer at Wipro Technologies in the Telecom domain, where I quickly realized the power of data and software in transforming industries. Over the years, I’ve taken on roles such as Data Engineer and Technical Lead at notable organizations, including Synopsys India Pvt. Ltd., HCL Technologies, and McGraw Hill. In these positions, I have delivered impactful solutions in the following areas:

• Optimizing and maintaining large-scale software systems for high performance
• Designing and implementing PySpark-based ETL pipelines for processing vast datasets
• Orchestrating workflows using tools like Apache Airflow to ensure smooth data pipelines
• Architecting cloud-native solutions across AWS, GCP, and Azure to support scalable operations
• Migrating legacy data systems to modern, flexible platforms such as Databricks

In addition to my corporate experience, I have an entrepreneurial background. I founded AiChimps.com, where I developed a voice-enabled chatbot powered by natural language processing (NLP) to assist businesses in providing efficient customer support. I also developed a custom Android application for an Offline-2-Online Fashion Store, helping them bridge the gap between physical and digital retail experiences. Additionally, I’ve executed numerous AI-driven projects, including Generative GANs and advanced statistical models.
