I am skilled in pc hardware maintenance, networking installation, administration, software installations, tuning and testing, windows installation administration and troubleshooting on sight and in remote mode, i have working experience of 20 years in this field where i had given support to several banks, Govt. institutions, Health Departments, Schools, Colleges, University etc. Now presently I am working as a Sr. technical assistant IT (full time) in a reputed Govt. University, I have vast experience of installation troubleshooting, data entry operations in online and offline mode. I am Microsoft Certified professional also with Graduate in B.Com and B.A.
