**Key Responsibilities:**
Payroll / Compensation & Benefits:
Execute full-cycle payroll processing.
Collect, review, and process employee timekeeping data for accurate payroll
calculations.
Address and resolve timekeeping issues and concerns.
Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
Coordinate with banks for payroll accounts and conversions.
Provide payroll reports to the Finance Department post-payroll.
Handle government remittances (Contributions and Loans).

Use EGOV (online payment transactions) and bank converter for processing.
Compute and process sickness, maternity benefits, and other government claims.
Prepare R1A, ER2, CSF/CF1, Controbution & Loan Certification, etc.

Prepare and process 13th-month pay, bonuses, and Sick Leave Conversion.

Administration:
Manage HR tools such as 201 file management.
Enroll new employees without TIN through ORUS.
Responsible for filing and submission of applications for ER management TIN
through ORUS (for new stores)
Maintain and update employee records: transfers, promotions, and separations.
Prepare certificates of employment (COE) requests.
Conduct periodic audits of HR systems for data accuracy.
Initiate and manage HR document requirements: updating forms, systems, and
monitoring.
Prepare HR-related reports as needed.
Organize employee engagement activities.
Train and Assist HR associates in other functions
