I'm Dean, I am currently studying economics and international relations at the University of the West Indies. I am a highly motivated and progress-focused individual. With a track record of initiative and dependability, I have devised strategic initiatives which I believe will prove valuable to your company. Even at a young age, I have spent a few years working at a local restaurant. This provided me with real-world experience in a fast-paced working environment. I moved on to working as a real estate VA and acquisition specialist. During this time I developed my impeccable negotiation skills and an ability to close deals. I am a capable and consistent problem-solver skilled at prioritizing and managing projects with proficiency. In my previous role, I contributed decision-making and leadership toward team efforts and business improvements. I am progressive-minded and in tune with new developments in my field. I have proven to be effective and collaborative with strong critical thinking talents.
