 JOB SITE RULES AND CODE OF CONDUCT Site Standards 1. Be respectful of tenants and users of the building. 2. Keep noise levels to a minimum. 3. Yelling and shouting are not permitted. 4. No music that can be heard outside of the unit. 5. Keep the unit door closed at all times during work. 6. Keep common areas clean at all times. 7. A designated site superintendent, foreman or representative of the general contractor must be present on site whenever work is being performed. 8. Smoking, Drugs and alcohol are prohibited on the premises. 9. Unit doors must be locked and all utilities confirmed shut off or capped at the end of each working day. 10. Debris and equipment removal is permitted through designated stairwells and service elevators only. REGLAS Y CODIGO DE CONDUCTA DEL LUGAR DE TRABAJO Estandares del Lugar 1. Respetar a los inquilinos y usuarios del edificio. 2. Mantener el nivel de ruido al mínimo. 3. Gritar no está permitido. 4. No se permite música que se pueda escuchar fuera de la unidad. 5. Mantener la puerta de la unidad cerrada en todo tiempo durante el trabajo. 6. Mantener las áreas compartidas limpias en todo tiempo. 7. Un superintendente, encargado o representante designado del contratista general debe estar presente en el sitio siempre que se esté realizando un trabajo. 8. Fumar, consumir drogas o alcohol está prohibido en las instalaciones. 9. Las puertas de las unidades deben estar enllavadas y todos los servicios básicos cerrados o apagados al final de cada día laboral. 10. Restos, escombros, y equipo de extracción está permitido sólo a través de escaleras y elevadores designados.
