I am a metric-driven, goal oriented, reliable and hardworking person who has over 3 years of experience working professionally and efficiently on different areas in call center industry. I've been in the Inbound and Outbound Calls department as well in the Back Office areas. I am skilled in communicating with clients and customers over the phone and through email. I have experience with technical tools and I am more than willing to learn to use new tools that get the job well done.

I can communicate well using English language,and I am also excellent in providing customer's satisfaction. I am very focus even in the small details and also a great team player when it comes to being in a team. I always make sure that when a task is given to me, I'd do it within the stipulated time. I always make sure that I'm optimistic towards anything at work and I worked harmoniously with my colleagues and always do my best to get us all motivated.
