I am a customer service and sales professional with more than two years of experience supporting clients and driving engagement at Instacart, CCI GroundCloud, and CCI Mindbody ClassPass. My background has shaped me into a communicator who builds trust, solves problems effectively, and strengthens customer relationships. I am now focused on advancing into Sales Development Representative and Customer Support Representative roles where I can contribute to both customer success and business growth.
