Main activities and responsibilities:
During 10 months at Lupon Media I gained a lot of experience in digital marketing and
customer support. I managed hundreds of customers (clients). My job was to
communicate with clients (via e-mails and Google Meet) and understand their needs and
issues they have. I was creating ad units, creatives (Google Ad Manager) and
implementing them on their websites. I was implementing ads through Ad Inserter in
Wordpress. Also, I was tracking performance of ads. I know how to inspect website
source code and spot problems in ads implementation. I am also familiar with HTML, CSS
and JavaScript.
