Hello,

My name is Davor, and I am a 31-year-old UI/UX, web, and product designer based in Zagreb, Croatia.

I have excellent knowledge of Figma, including all its features (auto layout, components, prototyping, variables, and more), as well as a deep understanding of development technologies like HTML, CSS which I can also write, and basic JavaScript. In the past, I've built multiple websites using code and Webflow, and integrated various JavaScript libraries depending on the project. Overall, I understand what developers need from a designer and how to successfully collaborate with them.

One of my most recent major projects was designing a B2B platform for the largest Croatian providers of heating, cooling, and sanitary equipment. The platform was developed by the SAP ERP team, and I had approximately six months to build it for their current and new users, as well as to conceptualize and create a marketing campaign to attract new customers.

I built the entire design system from scratch, created the sitemap and wireframes, and interviewed their current user base to gather unbiased feedback. I then worked on the new UI and the marketing campaign, which I animated in After Effects. The company successfully launched the new product.

Since April, the company has seen a 10% increase in revenue, and the number of new users is constantly growing. We also kept in mind that the platform is very niche, created for construction companies, handymen, etc. Besides this, I worked for the US-based company Oak Theory, where I contributed to multiple apps, web design, and branding projects.

In my spare time, I worked on several websites, one of which, mediteranskisan.com, won an H&M Awwward. I am a big typography fan, so I read many books related to design. I love creating posters, album covers, and studying as well as practicing new design methods, layouts, and exploring new ideas.
