Recently, Davies has embarked on an exciting new journey as a data scientist, channeling his curiosity and analytical mindset into learning the world of data. Though a newcomer in the field, his dedication to mastering data-driven insights and problem-solving reflects the same determination that has fueled his success in his other endeavors. In my current role at Africa’s leading CX consulting firm, I led the end-to-end analytics for the 2024/2025 State of CX in Africa Report, covering over 1,000 respondents across 20 countries. I structured and analyzed large-scale survey data, developed customer journey models using CX metrics like NPS and CSAT, and translated insights into executive-level recommendations. This project deepened my capabilities in translating complex data into actionable business strategies, a skill I’m excited to apply at Blend360.
I also built a TRP/GRP predictive modeling pipeline using Random Forest and XGBoost with performance metrics exceeding R² > 0.87. This personal initiative reflects my strong interest in media analytics, and my ability to apply machine learning to real-world impact areas like advertising performance and budget optimization.
