I have a wide array of construction experience from all ends of the spectrum. I have been a Project Manager and General Operations Manager at a small electrical subcontractor specializing in commercial work (hotels, condos/multi-family, retail spaces). At one point I was overseeing day-to-day operations of roughly a $15 million book of business. I had my hand in everything from estimating to purchasing to logistics to HR. I've also worked on the federal side of construction. Our niche was to provide preconstruction and/or post-award project management to small general contractors getting their feet wet in government contracting and not necessarily having the staff bandwidth or expertise. I've worked for a general contractor as well as a consultant who operates independently managing electrical/fire alarm renovations for hotel owners/developers across the country. I feel over the last 10 years my experience has provided me with countless transferable skills that can be utilized across disciplines, even those not related to construction. I am an excellent writer and communicator who has a knack for knowing their audience and how to message towards them to get the desired result. I'm extremely intuitive and my learning curve for taking on new tasks is never too steep. I have a very calm, measured temperament and I tend to remain even-keeled in the face of mounting pressure. I'm open to all new opportunities where there is overlap in skill sets.
