I have experience with remote work and team leadership as well as customer onboarding and account management. I have maintained internal systems for account management and financial monitoring and worked alongside IT specialists to identify and test issues and areas of improvement. In my leadership roles, I have had a team of up to over a dozen people at one time and had members internally in the US as well as in the Philippines. I have created and presented SOP documents and training materials and have monitored KPI metrics for internal improvement. I have been recognized and awarded for my versatility, knowledge, and innovative ideas. I am not afraid of change and have a passion for learning, sharing knowledge and technology.
