I have worked for MTA Broker Services, Access A Ride and Curb Mobility, LLC as a call taker and dispatcher. My duties basically involved handling customer queries such as cab eta, location, color and medallion number as well as assisting cab drivers to locate the passengers they are supposed to pick up.
