David Miguel Antunes

I have a Masters Degree in Computer Engineering from the Technical University of Lisbon (2011). In the last 8 years I've mostly working as a full-stack developer in the Scala language developing a SaaS from scratch which helps clients manage their Google AdWords and Microsoft Ads online advertising. I did a bit of everything there: backend, frontend, architecture, server management, design, devops, everything what it takes to develop and maintain a SaaS platform.

I'm also the founder of Scala Academy.com (www.scala-academy.com), which provides training in the Scala language.

I believe in programming software with actual business value, not only using cool technologies, but also believe in using the most efficient tool for each job, because life is too short for wasting time.
