David Mercado

I am David Mercado and am I am looking for a career where I can hone and maximize my experience as a sales executive (Manufacturing) and as a merchant support analyst (FinTech).

Most recently, I worked as a merchant support analyst at Pay Secured Inc, where my responsibilities included monitoring of transactions, assisting merchants to enrollment, payouts, integration, queries, settlements, data analysis and providing back-up services to our payments team. I also created process flow documents and took part in a a project conceptualization regarding a payments solution for specified country.

Previously, I worked as a sales executive at Yamaha Motor Philippines, where my responsibilities included daily branch visits, monitoring of inventory and sales of accredited dealers while implementing promotional plans, handling dealer issues and building relationships to the dealers(customer service). We are also tasked to do market studies and surveys at a given location.

I also bring to the table strong computer proficiencies in Microsoft office applications, Excel, cloud-based systems and VBA programming. Please see the accompanying resume for details of my experience and education.
