While I was working with Synergy HomeCare and Right at Home, I managed to recruit between 30 to 50 Caregivers during my time in the companies. As well, I was able to coordinate with my team all the needed legal procedures such as checking criminal background check. I also followed all the procedures of every new candidate that arrived to our company and I at some point were able to send dates and times for the scheduled interviews. I used to have aproximatelly between 100-125 interactions per week including calls, emails and SMS when needed.
