I am a multilingual operations and coordination professional with over a decade of experience supporting international teams across technical, commercial, and client-facing roles. My career has been defined by my ability to connect people, processes, and solutions—whether working with global training programmes, high-tech manufacturing projects, or cross-cultural event logistics.

Throughout my professional journey, I’ve developed a versatile skill set at the intersection of customer success, operational support, and project coordination. In my current role as a Customer Engagement Coordinator, I oversee the planning and execution of global training events and digital programmes. This involves aligning internal teams with client goals, managing timelines and resources, and ensuring smooth and successful delivery—both online and in person.

My earlier experiences—supporting a CTO in a technical industrial setting, coordinating events across Europe for a non-profit, and managing commercial relationships in a zinc-coating manufacturing environment—have given me a sharp eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the confidence to operate in multicultural and dynamic contexts. I am fluent in French and English, proficient in Russian, and continuously improving my Dutch.
