I began my professional journey when I was 15 years old and have worked everywhere from kitchens to corporate. I even explored creative avenues, working as a makeup artist for short films and performers, showcasing my capacity to thrive in diverse environments; however, I've found my passion in Operations and elevating the client experience. 

At Zoomforth, like in many small companies, I took on various roles, spanning Operations, People Operations, and Customer Success. My main focus was achieving operational excellence, leading to a successful Clean SOC2 Type II external audit in 2023. Additionally, I managed client-centric projects across departments, ensuring everything ran smoothly. In essence, I was dedicated to making things work seamlessly.

I excel at building solid client and employee relationships, as well as juggling diverse tasks on a global scale. With a background in Operations Management, Customer Service, and some international teaching thrown in, I bring a unique set of skills. Empowering teams, delivering value to customers, and leveraging technology to create innovative solutions excite me.

If you catch me outside of work, I'm probably cooking, hiking with my two mini Aussies, or exploring Madrid, which I just moved to!
