I have the ability to source, test and selected potential employees for my organisation and also maintain accurate employees information.

I can also appraise the employee performance from time to time in order to make recommendations to the organisation.

I am also an expert in setting out job descriptions, monitoring performance and developing reports from time to time as may be required of me.
