I have an extensive background in the food industry, I worked for 1 yr and 2 months as a Server/ Bartender / Receptionist at Casa Verde. During this time, I gained experience in nearly every aspect of food service. I took orders and served customers their meals, and performed daily inventory and mixing drinks.
I have also had experience working as a front desk in Southpole central hotel where I greet and register guest with a warm welcome. Furthermore, I am known for maintaining a friendly demeanor while handling check-ins and check-outs, including request for special accommodation and recording complaints. Not only that, but also I take calls or those guest who wants to book or reserve rooms.
I have also had experience working in a BPO industry. I was a Customer care representative and an appointment setter. With more than 2 years experience in call center environment, I know how to resolve issues, maintain customer satisfaction, and meet objectives for speed productivity, and quality assurance. I am adept in handling high-pressure situations and resolving conflicts to mutual satisfactions while maintaining my composure, calm, and professionalism.
