Email:-David Alexandre C. Barcelona is an experienced architect with a diverse
background in architectural design, project management, and education. He has
worked on significant projects in various locations, including the US Embassy in
Manila and the Asian Development Bank in the Philippines. Currently, he serves
as a consultant, minister, and director in the Kingdom of Yahawah, where he
manages construction projects and oversees asset management. Additionally, he

Initiated the study of the old ways of construction of typhoon resilient housing in
the province.

proposed project.
• Drafted a Memorandum of Agreement between SDA, Local Architectural
Firm and the NCIP (National Commission on Indigenous People) covering
the scope of the following:
