Main Duties:
Understanding and solving problems: observing Academy field operations.
Meeting with Academy Managers and staff, running surveys, conducting desk research.
Delivering simple and lasting solutions to Academy problems.
Communicating with other teams on projects and Solutions
Identification and investigation of Fraud cases at the Academy levels.
