Freelance Translator and Language Tutor, Santa Cruz Bolivia, November 2000 to the present.
Dubbing Video Products and Solutions of American companies doing business with local companies such as Mertind S.A. and Conta Oil Service SRL. In both cases, the videos were in English and I did the dubbing into Spanish. Each of the three videos contains technical vocabulary in the field of civil engineering and the oil sector. The two longer videos were from Topcon® Positioning System that implements automation tech equipment for road construction and the last video was about Viva Venture® Energy Group with proprietary solutions for oil extraction.
I have developed and implemented a custom method to support dedicated translations according to Customers and clients’ needs and requirements.I have used techniques of dynamic motivation and audio-visual tools as an important part of the methodology in tutoring English and Spanish.
