There were approx. 1500 employees. During this time, I also designed and validated the skills assessment process for the entire multiskilling programme. I was also tasked with the development and implementation of the skills and education programmes for the Logistics, Quality Assurance, and Body Plant departments for approximately 1900 employees. I also designed and implemented the Team Leader Development programme. This included installing an ABET programme for team leaders. I recruited selected, and placed 100 candidates from a list of 425 for an NQF Level 1 Learnership Programme.
