Dave Munalem

Hi! I’m Dave Munalem, a Filipino Virtual Assistant with a degree in Information Technology from Central Mindanao University. I’ve been working online since 2019, doing a mix of tasks like appointment setting, cold calling, lead generation, graphic design, data entry, and social media management.

One of my strongest suits is working in outbound campaigns. I used to work the graveyard shift for a U.S. solar company, where I made 500 to 600 cold calls a day using ViciDialer. I handled objections, scheduled qualified appointments, and consistently met or even exceeded our quota of 5–7 sets a day.

Aside from calling, I’ve also done lead generation for companies like DXDoplyTech. I searched for business info using Google Search, Google Maps, and LinkedIn, and recorded everything accurately in Google Sheets. We didn’t use a CRM, so I made sure our data was clean and organized for the sales team.

I’ve also worked on-site as a Social Media Manager and Graphic Designer for a local business and for WikiJob UK. I handled content creation, branding, and scheduled posts across platforms.

I’d say I’m very adaptable—I learn fast, work independently, and I always aim to improve. I may not have BPO experience, but I’ve had solid training, real experience with international clients, and a mindset that’s ready for any challenge. I’m excited to grow even more in this field and contribute to a team that values results, effort, and consistency.
