That experience shaped my ability to understand customer needs and offer solutions that create real value. Transitioning into healthcare support gave me a deeper sense of purpose—I learned to approach every interaction with empathy, accuracy, and care, knowing how important each case can be. In the telecommunications space, I thrived in a fast-paced environment, strengthening my problem-solving skills and ability to manage challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
Beyond handling customer interactions, I’ve also taken on responsibilities as a support coach and mentor. I’ve worked closely with new hires during training and nesting phases, helping them build confidence, improve performance, and adapt to the demands of the role. I take pride in being someone they can rely on for guidance, whether it’s clarifying processes, sharing best practices, or simply offering encouragement. Supporting operations has also given me a broader perspective on team performance, allowing me to contribute ideas and assist in maintaining quality and efficiency.
