I am a dynamic, analytical and result orientated individual with a passion to succeed
in my field of expertise. My professional and efficient nature, enables me to engage
and interact with people from various walks of life. I am attentive listener with an
enquiring mind. Hence I seek opportunities which are challenging and require
problem solving abilities. I am methodological in my approach and have the
qualities of a task master. I have the ability to work independently and collectively
in a team.
I consider my leadership skills to be one of my greatest strengths. From my high school days I was always chosen or volunteered to be leader for group work, or school rep. I have gained excellent communication skills. I was responsible for facilitating rehabilitation workshops and mediated any conflict in the workplace, thanks to my degree in psychology. Honesty is the best policy and I live by that. I am an honest person therefore when I run into issues, I inform my boss and we resolve it together. At the end of the day, we human and have our moments, but its how we handle it that makes the difference. I have great communication and people skills. Having worked with people all around the world I know the different cultures and ethics and therefore how to conduct business.
Attitude is very important, and it goes a long way in the work environment. I am an optimistic person when it comes to dealing with clients and my work as this sets the tone to the client and future clients as to the standards of the company. I am a great communicator and negotiator, which is helpful when dealing with different clients. Furthermore, clients time is very valuable therefore as a VA I am straight to the point and ensure all is set for success for their day. I work well on my own, as I can set out tasks and deadlines for myself and work accordingly. As a great problem solver, I can resolve issues effectively. I will bring a great sense of humour to the job, an asset in terms of experience and attitude and I am driven to succeed so no task is too big for me.
