I have worked for various call centers in the past. Inbound companies like Convergys, Transcom, Teleperformance and Callbox the most awarded telemarketing company in the country. After years of being an agent I have decided to work on my own and handled B2B accounts. Now I have my own team that consists of agents that have come from various call centers as well.
