resources and ensure that requirements are communicated and
the team is trained. Ensure the tasks are carried out as per the
schedule and ensure all requirements are met. Compiling of the
operational risk findings and summary per operation and

Outcome: Website was redesigned according to stakeholders’
requirements and all were happy.

could be customisable for the company’s exact workflow
