I've worked as IT Training Staff in a Maritime Training Center. My duties is to ensure the quality of training for every deck officer in line with Electronic Chart Display and Information System (ECDIS). By operating the system while the instructor is familiarizing each trainee with the system and assisting trainees while their on hands-on activity. Generating reports such as; grades, evaluation, monthly census and daily maintenance of computer. Most importantly, having patience and a big understanding with the trainee specifically the elder one. You need a lot of effort explaining the buttons, function and other features of the system. This is what I like the most, it is challenging but fulfilling.

Recently, I've worked as Administrative Assistant II in hospital and I was assigned in laboratory. My duties is to encode all the outgoing laboratory results of the patients accurately, submit all the reports as required by my supervisor mostly I am working on MS Excel and a lot of administrative work. Lastly, the favorite part of my job is dealing with patient. I met a lot of different patients, different behavior. But this is where I learned to put empathy. We don't work because we just need money. We work to help others by putting ourselves in the service with integrity and compassion.

Overall my strongest asset is being a technical support and administrative work.
