While in college, I was a Cashier in Greenwich, then got into Medical Transcription training program. After College, I was a Customer Service Representative for a bank account at Sitel Philippines, Inc., and got promoted as someone who handle customers with issues on their accounts and request for a supervisor. After 4 years, I decided to be a freelancer and that is when I started this small business while being a remote staff for Datafile, a company based in USA who handle medical record requests for patients applying for insurance. I am very eager to learn and dependable, honest and hardworking.
