After 12y of experience in Talent Acquisition working in different industries such as fintech and financial services, IT, legal services, BPO and RPO, Health & Hospitality, Oil & Gas, and recruiting firms, I´m new as a freelancer.

I retired a couple of months ago to become a digital nomad, to have the choice to work and travel when I need/want to spend time with family and get to know new places, to experience a different kind of life without stopping doing what I love, recruiting, optimizing, and implementing TA processes. I´m excited about the idea of meeting new and different clients!

During my career I have had the pleasure to learn and perform by myself the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process: by meeting the hiring manager to understand needs and expectations, setting the strategy, creating a pipeline of strong candidates, mapping the market, doing benchmark for salaries, performing behavioral interviews, guiding candidates and hiring managers to have a win/win experience, making offers and negotiations, leading the hiring process, leading and mentoring from interns to senior recruiters, participating in the pricing process, working together with business development teams for the sales pitch, working with agile methodology, implementing processes from scratch and its KPIs, optimizing TA strategies, launching lines of business of current and new clients, providing support in big audits, helping to plan forecast for small companies, worked with very local and multicultural teams, I have worked fully onsite, hybrid, and remote. Where? Across the US and Latam, reporting locally, regionally, and to global heads in Europe.

In these years of experience, not only recruiting but also implementing and optimizing TA processes, I have always worked based on Employee Value Proposition and Employer Branding, I´ve implemented it and coworking with HR on its improvements. Why? Because as a leader of talent acquisition teams and processes, I know how important is your brand as a company, not only what you can offer as salary or benefits, It´s about corporate values, culture, leadership and communication style, how you lead with the example, it´s not about retention it is about engaging your people to the company´s purpose, how you develop your teams will give you in return not only a low attrition rate, but a lower cost per hire, attracting talented candidates genuinely attracted to your mission, to your vision and your goals.
