Reservation and Educational Manager (Education Abroad Ltd. - BookYourStudy)
• Warm calls on incoming leads
• Maintenance of the existing customers base, negotiations working
• B2B and B2C sales
• Processing applications from the clients; working with deals through the Bitrix24 CRM system; concluding agreements with customers
• Sales of a study abroad courses (higher and secondary education, preparatory courses, language courses for adults, junior programmes)
• Booking courses for the clients (contacting the educational establishment, receiving documents for booking, filling out documents, sending back to school, receiving invoices for paying, translating bills, sending bills to the client, controlling payment and helping with payment process, flying tickets reservation, visa documents process helping, assistance in the translation and certification of documents (including contacts with sworn and notarized translators), the issuance of final documents before the trip, translation and preparation of a travel guide for client, helping with any questions during the travel).
• Invoicing for commissions to foreign educational institutions, control of receipt and payment of commissions by the company and managers
• Maintaining statistics of the international department (weekly, monthly, per year)
• Preparation of instructions and recommendations on the work of managers of the international department (on reservations, on processing leads, on sales, on invoicing for commissions)
• Training of new employees, introduction to the position
• Holding international and domestic educational and tourist exhibitions and events with representatives of foreign educational institutions
• Conducting webinars, online seminars and meetings to train employees and partners
• Since March 2020 - search and hiring foreign jobseekers - native speakers (position - online foreign language teacher), conducting interviews.
