Darell Aquino

Hi, my name is Darell, and I’m excited to be your next Virtual Assistant.

I’ve built my career in customer service—starting in fast food, moving into retail management, and for the past five years, working in BPO roles handling both technical and customer support. Most recently, I worked as a Shopify Support Advisor, helping merchants and business owners run their e-commerce operations smoothly.

I’m also a certified Xero Advisor, trained in QuickBooks, and I was also trained as a Real Estate VA, where I picked up skills in cold calling/appointment setting, Social media Management, Lead generation and other admin task.

I also have previous experience with graphic designing and collaborating with other VA's.

If I had to describe myself in three words, they’d be passionate, creative, and adventurous. I’m tech-savvy, proactive, and love helping businesses hit their goals while growing alongside them.
