In my current role as an academic advisor in university education in the distance modality at the National Open University of Venezuela, I have worked for the last 5 years as an academic professional specialized in the field of Engineering, responsible for facilitating the learning process. of the students immersed in this educational modality, providing them with guidance in all aspects that affect their adaptation and maintenance within this modality, in addition to offering the advice and providing the necessary feedback to improve the academic performance of the students and contribute to their vocational training. The professional experience that I have obtained during my time here has helped me consolidate my knowledge related to educational consulting mediated by online technological resources, with which effective communication with students is achieved.

Before working in this position, I worked for 9 years as a systems and technological support analyst at the companies GranelGas C.A. and PDV Comunal S.A. respectively, in these I worked as a systems analyst, MS SQLServer relational database administrator, development and maintenance of computer systems, administration and configuration of telecommunications devices, management and monitoring of computer networks, administration of GNU systems /Linux and Unix (freeBSD), maintenance of BizWork ERP systems.

During my professional experience I have acquired skills in the area of ​​web development, FullStack development, mastery of various programming languages ​​such as Java, Python, and intermediate command of the English language. I am currently in a continuous training process in current areas in the technology sector such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, cybersecurity, project management, software quality assurance.
