I have been working as a Virtual Assistant for Clients based in Australia. I'm currently working as Mortgage Broking Assistant for two brokers based in Australia. I have been working as a loan processor for the company, doing the broker planning in where, we work with client given data to present to them how much they can loan with existing liabilities and assets. I also handle client folders mananging their files using DROPBOX, Preparing Apply Online Applications, I have been using Connective as a tool in keeping client profile and as a daily tasks tracker. With the daily tasks I have also kept track of the files until settlement. Before becoming a Virtual Assistant, I was previously working as a Customer Service Representative with the biggest TELCO in Australian for 2 years.
