Hello , So basically I have worked on Amazon vendor and seller central for different brands like Reebok , Tommy , Keune and have managed there account . I was responsible to get the product listing updated and generate sales report . I worked with more than 200 brands on Amazon in keeping there account updates with prices , bullet points , images , videos and I performed weekly , daily or monthly audits .

I have also worked as a Customer Support Representative for Walmart.com and I was responsible to help customers any issues they faced while doing online orders on Walmart.com via chat and voice . I provided support to them regarding refunds , returns or any issue that they faced . I only provided assistance for online orders and not for in-store purchases .

I also helped a client in starting there business on Amazon and I worked as a Amazon Virtual Assistant.
