Construction site recruitment processing as per the requirement of each department (civil, HSE,
etc,) prepare an overseas employment request to head office for the required category, follow up
with the status and arrange the deployment process necessary.
Preparation of Daily Manpower Report (DMR). Checking & monitoring of daily attendance of Expat,
Direct or In-direct workers, Support and Local employees.
