I am an Amazon brand assistant since 2015. My job includes tracking daily sales (or weekly) and responding to customer emails. I also know basic photo editing for social media contents. I am familiar with important websites such as Helium10 and CashCowPro, to name a few, that's commonly used by the Amazon sellers to help in their business. Basically, I have a good understanding of being an Amazon brand assistant. I haven't had a chance to work for an eBay business or other e-commerce platforms since my clients were mostly Amazon sellers ever since I started working as an online freelancer. but I don't mind learning new things. However, I have to mention that I had experience managing a brand website wherein I monitor/update the inventory, manage customer emails, and deal with issues on some orders.
