I’m Danielle, an administrative and HR-focused professional who enjoys keeping things organized, accurate, and running smoothly behind the scenes. I’m based in Mississippi and currently support a small trucking company, where I manage day-to-day operations, paperwork, and people. My goal in every role is to make work easier for owners, managers, and teams by handling the details they don’t have time to worry about.

Most of my experience is in administration, payroll, and operations support. I handle tasks like timesheets, driver load tracking, payroll calculations, invoicing, and document management for about 30 employees in a wood chip hauling business. I’m used to working with a lot of moving pieces, double-checking numbers, and making sure everyone gets paid correctly and on time. I’m comfortable working with spreadsheets, online platforms, and digital files to stay organized and efficient.

Remote work is a natural fit for me. I’m self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage my time without someone looking over my shoulder. In past and current roles, I’ve handled data entry, customer support, scheduling, and communication with team members, drivers, and clients. I understand the importance of clear communication, quick responses, and following instructions carefully. I take pride in being the person others can count on to follow through and keep things on track.

I’m also building my career in Human Resources and business. I’m currently attending Maestro to earn my associate’s degree in business, which is helping me strengthen my understanding of operations, management, and how different parts of a business fit together. This background helps me approach my work with a people-first mindset while still paying attention to policies, records, and accuracy. I like roles where I can combine admin tasks with problem-solving and support for both leadership and staff.
